New York YCL Rules of Order

In an effort to formalize our meetings and make them more productive, we are introducing rules of order that we intend to enact effective immediately. Having some sort of operating guidelines for general membership meetings is par for the course for many organizations, and it’s time that the YCL takes this step. I and the rest of the coordinating committee are confident that by introducing and enforcing these rules, we’ll communicate more clearly, more concisely, and with more accountability.
